What this site is

This website is an informational and introductory page for GrabAName's domain acquisition and brokerage service. It is not a marketplace, and no domains are bought or sold directly on this site. Where a specific domain transaction takes place, it is typically completed through a third-party platform such as Afternic or GoDaddy, under their own separate terms.

The early-access waitlist

Submitting the early-access form registers your interest in GrabAName's domain acquisition tool, which is still in development. Submitting the form is not a guarantee of access, a contract, or a commitment on either side. We'll contact you by email if and when access becomes available.

Domain introductions and recommendations

Any domain introduced to you, or any recommendation, rating, or example shown on this site (including the illustrative scores in the "What we're building" section), is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice, and we don't guarantee that any specific domain is available, accurately priced, or suitable for your business. The decision to pursue, negotiate, or purchase any domain is entirely yours.

Submitting a domain to us

If you submit a domain for us to consider representing, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to offer it, and that the information you give us about it is accurate. Submitting a domain does not guarantee we will represent it, and does not create any contract, fee, or obligation on either side. We may decline to take on any domain at our discretion, and may take no action at all. No commission, payment, or exclusivity arrangement exists unless we agree one with you separately, in writing.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we don't guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on information presented on it. This does not affect any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Intellectual property

The GrabAName name, logo, and the content of this site are the property of GrabAName and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
